Professor Chris Dudley

Disaster Risk, Crisis and Security Management

Professor Dudley is a Psychologist and Social Anthropologist with over 22 years of experience in understanding human behaviours in risk and crisis management situations. His interests include: risk, crisis and security management, risk and human behaviours, disaster response, socio-technical systems failure, corporate risk and business continuity, security and resilience, terrorism, transport risks, ethnographic research and simulations and games for training. Chris has worked with various industries including transport, local and central government agencies, Financial Institutions, Oil refineries and emergency response units. Edward publishes widely in both academic and professional publications. He is an active speaker on various risk forums and also runs his own consultancy for Risk and Resilience Management.


Dr David Smith

Public Speaking, Cross Cultural Leadership Development

Dr Smith is a successful academic having experience in professional trainings for over 25 years. His research work at various universities has been valued and recognised by peers and students across the globe. He has been instrumental in training people for public speaking at international platforms. He has been involved in re-shaping the external engagement approaches for a number of government offices in the UK and abroad.  He has worked as a senior Quality Assurance Assessor for the academic review processes for a number of UK higher education institutions and an award winner on research on the Higher Education Industry.


Dr Elizabeth Brown

Accounting, Financial Management and Behavioral Finance

Dr Elizabeth Brown’s academic and training career is spread over 2 decades. She has worked as the head of department at various UK universities and specialises in Accounting, Financial management and Behavioral Finance. Her areas of expertise include Curriculum Development training and Quality Assurance assessment of academic processes of higher education institutions. She has been an external examiner for a number of UK universities and professional bodies such as the AAT, ACCA and CIMA. She has worked in Malaysia and been instrumental in the supervision and successful completion of a number of researchers in the UK and abroad.


James O'Sullivan

Public Communication and Agile Mindset

James is a hugely experienced lean-agile practitioner, trainer, author and international conference speaker, with over 21-year experience in agile transformation. Having worked extensively around the world, he is recognised as a ‘CSP who is changing the world. 

His career has spanned many different roles including software developer, Project Manager, Scrum Master and coach. James is an active member of the global agile community, regularly speaking at conferences and events around the world. In 2015 he published his book on Agile Strategies. He is also the co-author of Business Agility and Agile mindset published in 2017.   

James has enabled game-changing mindset in training sessions for the last 20 years. His coaching supports executives in their development or in times of need with important speeches, saving them valuable time and letting them shine. James is the Senior Trainer and Coach at HEC Business Transformation services where he shares his passion to transform people’s lives. He works with organizations that require development for themselves, their C-suite leaders, senior managers, middle managers and their staff in the leadership and communication fields, often combining the best practices across many industries with contextual Agile & Lean Mindset.

Prior to his consulting career, Daniel  was global development manager and Executive Director at a top tier investment bank, and CTO for an energy risk management startup.


Farhan Rohila

Motivation, Professional Leadership and Management 

Farhan Rohila is an educationalist with over 18 years of experience in Internationalisation of higher education. He is known for his motivational techniques in HE trainings. His association with a number of UK HEIs and professional bodies such as the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIM) and having a business and finance background assisted him to devise successful career development programmes for students and professional accountants at the big four firms. His major work has been on ‘motivate the motivators’ programmes in the international HE sector. He is a member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and a member of the Governing Board at an OFQUAL

regulated awarding body. Farhan led the international business development departments 

at various UK universities where his focus was on the leadership, development and implementation of the Universities Internationalisation Strategy. He specialises in aid funded business, developing and managing working relationship with international ministries, training on international marketing intelligence, leadership and interpreting overseas government policy on higher education.


Serina Jones

Serina Jones is highly-experienced change management and business coach, having worked with a wide range of public and private sector businesses over the past 16 years. A qualified Business Psychologist, her particular strengths include facilitating and coaching leadership teams through change. She has also won international awards for the design and development of leadership training programs. She specializes in challenging and changing the organizational culture and loves spending time in coaching leaders and giving feedback, offering options and helping them plan for even greater success.
