This model is a trio win model where all three i.e. the HEC, IGOs and  the UK HEls will be achieving their desired targets.

Business Consultancy

We live in a rapidly changing world where there are various external factors directly affecting the internationalisation activities of the HEls. These could be the political and economic changes in the world around us. While the HEls may not be able to control interruption events, we help in controlling and limiting the impact they have on the business. This is achieved through helping them create new income streams which can compensate the reduction of earnings from from the first source of income.

International Government Offices (IGOs) Projects.

Higher Education Consortium (HEC) plays a key strategic advisory and leading role in this model. We provide assistance to the international government offices (IGOs) in achieving their capacity building goals. We support IGOs in their international educational/research projects, human resource and skills development programmes and connect them with the Higher Education Institutions (HEls) where each university will be bringing in their expert knowledge and strengths. The consortium equally provides the universities with the flexibility to work within their capacity limitations for such contracts.
